I am a versatile sports broadcaster and journalist graduating from the University of Maryland this spring.

I am a high school sports reporter for The Washington Post, currently holding the boys' lacrosse, field hockey and wrestling beats. In these roles, I oversee more than 300 programs and write stories about them every week, from covering championships to determining team rankings to curating The Post's postseason "All-Met" teams.

On the broadcast side, I am a play-by-play commentator for Big Ten Plus and have called nearly every University of Maryland sport over my four years in College Park. I've been selected to announce men's and women's basketball in each of the last two seasons and have had several broadcasts re-air nationally on Big Ten Network. Additionally, I called play-by-play and sideline reported for FloSports broadcasts of nationally-ranked high school football teams in the D.C. area this fall.

I spent last summer in Rochester, Minn., anchoring TV shows, sideline reporting, producing videos and much more as a studio host for the Northwoods League. I anchored shows about the collegiate summer baseball league that aired on Bally Sports North, Bally Sports Wisconsin and numerous local news stations, along with performing standups and interviews on ESPN Plus.

Every day last summer, I followed 22 collegiate summer baseball teams as I hosted, wrote, produced and directed daily pregame shows. During the other hours in the day, I went out to ballparks to perform on-camera interviews and shoot packages for shows that aired on Bally Sports networks and local news affiliates. Here are some highlights.

For more than 30 years, high schoolers in D.C. public schools didn't have the opportunity to wrestle. A few years ago, Wilson High School started a club team with students from all over the District.

And now after efforts from Wrestling to Beat the Streets D.C., wrestling is back as a varsity sport.
